The uncompromising beggar

This I am writing because I am not able to decipher which party is right, and which is wrong. One fine day, during rains, enroute office, I was stucked in a jam. Though the rain subsided, the jam still persisted due to some mishap in the highway. I was travelling in an ST bus, looking out trying to understand what's the problem and how much time will it take for me to reach the office. As I was looking out, I saw an Audi standing still in the middle of the jam, there entered a beggar in the scene. The beggar, a lady wrapped up in a torn saree, scanned through all the vehicles and lodged herself besides the Audi. She started her gimmicks for alms. The gentleman in the rear seat of the supercar ignored the unlucky soul for a while, and then opening the window pane called for the lady beggar, and offered her a pack of biscuit that he had, the beggar refused.
